All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. Return/Refund Policy
Due to the fact that our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns on any items unless an error has been made on our behalf. In order to process refunds on defective custom items, please contact us. You will be required to return the item to us at your expense before any money is refunded. We take no responsibility for any damages caused in shipping of the items. Each shipping option includes insurance and it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the shipping outlet for information on shipping insurance refunds.
All items are created specifically for each client, so if a paint color change is requested prior to work being completed, we will have to charge for a new item. Additionally, orders canceled after the 48 hour cancellation period will not receive a refund in full as the materials will already have been purchased for the order. This means that if an order is cancelled after 48 hours, only partial refunds are available for non-material items. For example, if you order a custom card box, after 48 hours you would only be able to receive a refund on the paint, not the card box.
Please bear in mind when choosing any of your colors ( paint, ribbon, etc.) that all monitors show colors differently. If you are looking for an exact color match, you MUST send us a physical swatch for comparison. Otherwise, we will not refund money due to inaccurate color choice.
Redesign/Changes
For most orders we will not send a proof before beginning work on your Creative Custom Card Box, Cake Table Decor Letters, or Cake-topper. In some cases however, when the design is something different than what is seen on our previous creations in the gallery the customer may request a proof. Creative Custom Card Boxes will send the customer a ROUGH SKETCH of the design for the customer to approve. The proof MUST be approved at least 5 weeks before the event date/need-by date.
We make sure to design and create our products exactly how the customer has specified. This is why we send out the Design Specifications Form on which the customer is encouraged to be very clear about what they want. If, for some reason the customer wants to change the look of their product (ie. repaint, add design, crystals, redesign) after the product has been finished, a Redesign Fee will be discussed. The Redesign Fee varies based on the scope of the requested changes. The Redesign Fee starts at $25.
If the customer requests changes and we have not started on the item/s there will be a minimum charge for the new materials that need to be purchased. Since we order materials directly for each individual Creative Custom Card Boxes order, we would need to re-order new materials if changes must be made and we will send you a PayPal invoice for the cost of the new materials.

Creative Custom Card Boxes does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Limitation of Liability
Creative Custom Card Boxes shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Creative Custom Card Boxes has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Typographical Errors
In the event that a Creative Custom Card Boxes product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Creative Custom Card Boxes reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Creative Custom Card Boxes reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Creative Custom Card Boxes shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Creative Custom Card Boxes without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Creative Custom Card Boxes may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Creative Custom Card Boxes.
